    Hi all
Live in not so sunny Scunthorpe. We have moved into a flat with garden. Doing veg patch at moment but we have a border about 2foot wide and about 12 foot long. Apart from sun 1st thing it is in shade rest of day as it runs along side of next block of flats. What should I plant so that it stays green/flowers all year and grows and spreads so it become low maintenance.
