Just inside my shed door I have hung a 20 section "shoe tidy". In the top sections I have unopened seed packets, used seed packets / labels / picture ID packaging from plants / etc, scissors, soil moisture tester, string, gloves and all sorts of other lightweight gardening paraphanalia. Lower down are small hand tools, trowels, secateurs and, yes, even a pair of shoes ... rubber gardening slipons! I've had it for about a year and now when I go in looking for things - which in the past have been hidden under the other half's tools - are immediately to hand!

Yikes!!!!! Thats a great idea - trouble, its also FAR too organised for me!!!! Anyway - if I did own a shoe hanger, I'm afraid the ONLY thing that should go in there are shoes!!!!! And I would JUST HAVE to go out and buy enough to fill the holders!!!!!! :D :D :D

Hey, HB ... know what you mean about the shoes ... I've got one of these shoes "tidies" in the bedroom for my "toe posts" .. unfortunately it only holds twelve pairs (may have to swop it with the garden shed one soon) ... then there's the regular sandals and a couple of pair of shoes and a few pair of boots (unworn here) ...

Good job I stopped working as my sweater rack was worse than my shoe rack ... had 72 at one time!

It's nice being LofL and wearing sloppy things now.

But, get organised gal ... get a shoe tidy ... either for your shoes or your gardening ...

We thought about one of those shoe tidies for the allotment shed, but by the spring it would be full of mice nests as they would think it was a hanging mouse hotel...I think not.Good idea though

Well, for my posh shoes and fav ones, I keep them in their boxes. My everyday ones are on the shoe rack by the door. And my gardening bits and bobs are lined up on a shelf in the greenhouse...... guess I'd better get a shed so I can hang an organiser up in it!!!! ;) ;) ;)

Hey, Kandy, I like the hanging mouse hotel! B&B ... bed and bugs. Oh, but there are probably some of those around still for people!
