Shipping to Northern Ireland

So I was aware of the issue when brexit was announced but now I am seeing that veg seeds are supposedly banned from shipping. I tried kings who clearly state that they won't

I did buy flower seeds last year but these seem fine as we can't eat it.

Does anyone know if this is still in place or is it old news? Also anyone any suggestions as some seeds I've tried on sites just aren't there. I'm just looking simple ones like pea terrain
