I'm a complete beginner, and have spent a bit of time reading up on the net, but I think I may have done something wrong.
I planted quite a few different types of seeds, in those 40 cell things, and put them in one of those small 4 shelf greenhouses, which is outside but undercover (and shielded from wind)
After around a week, I realised I should have started them indoors for the warmth.
I've since moved them indoors, but am I too late?
Would a week of being in the cold ruin the seeds, or is there a chance they will grow?

    Many thanks !!

Hello Martin, I don't think a week in the cold will have done your seeds any harm - just stopped them from getting on with the job for a week.
Now that you have them indoors in a more suitable temperature I'm sure they will get started.
    Good luck.

Hi Martin. I would agree with Alice. I don't think that the cold will have done them any harm at all. Seedbanks in places like Kew store their seeds in deepfeezers.

The effect of warmth is to fool them that spring is here.
