Any ideas if these are weeds or whether they'll turn into anything worth keeping?

    Many thanks

The first plant could be horseradish, check the root before you decide to throw it away (assuming you like horseradish).

Thanks guys :) The ones in the green box were the most puzzling, that was the box I grew pumpkins in last year and it had no weeds or anything else in it so I'm presuming they've probably been spread into it by birds or something. Will get weeding tomorrow :)

Dock, willowherb and forget-me-not. I think that's a foxglove too, though it might be Verbscum. In any case I'd say it's a keeper. It's a biennial, meaning it's done the hard work of growing from tiny seed for one year and will now grow rapidly and flower for you this year.
I wouldn't personally bother with forget-me-not, as the wild type has small flowers and lots of foliage. Willowherb has light seeds spread by the wind so it gets everywhere and looks lovely and green when young. But is a weed, especially the species if it's one of the species with a tiny flower.

Try this page for pictures of weed seedlings and what they turn into (also links to other pages):
