    Mine have been slow to get going this year, but since last week we are getting plenty from them. I'm growing Cucino F1 (all female) which is a very crisp tasting mini sized variety and Carmen F1 a traditional sized all female variety:

    First time grower there's 4 seem to have gone rampant

    Have a bit of die-back at the top,its rejected a couple of fruits,as read on here suggests harvesting a bit more often

    there's that again ready,looks like its heading for the door

      Mr Fothergills saturn f1
      in the ground against a south facing 2 foot thick stone wall with lean-to greenhouse
      all i've really done is add water,the wall gives back a bit of heat at night

        How long do these plants last for please.....had loads of Cucumbers in the past 6 weeks
        but all the leaves (on all 4 F1 plants) have started to turn yellow....guess the end is nigh :(

        @intel, it's early for the plants to finish, should keep going for a couple of months - until we get cold nights. Some of the lower leaves will yellow before then but not all. I wonder if yours are getting enough nutrients, they need feeding regularly with a high potash food same as tomatoes (Tomorite or similar will do).
