    It is! Not sure if it has made it through the winter - it had green shoots on it up until the ast cold snap. Time will tell.

            @longk I thought so. I grew this along with a couple of varieties of Kangaroo Paw, and a few others I can`t remember now - a few years ago. My kids are all in Australia, and sent me the seeds. One of the Kangaroo Paw varieties did quite well, but I lost all the rest of the plants in a severe frost that winter. :sad:

              I have A.flavidus and A.manglessii that I grew from seed that are looking a bit ropey at the moment - 50/50 whether they'll pull through I reckon. I have another unknown species that bloomed last year that looks far healthier though.
              The Australian native that is currently frustrating me is Thysanotus multiflorus. I have tried twice from seed and failed both times.

                        Oh @wiseowl you have made me :heehee: mate :love30:....i brought my mom one years ago on mothers day and it was put on the livingroom window and the smell from the flowers alone was :wub2:...who needs an hair freshner with a scented Orchid:yes:

                        Fetch it from amongst all the others :phew: and smell :dbgrtmb:

                        Looks like a Dendrobium nobile - they're generally scented.

                            It was only cold until christmas then it was moved to the bathroom. It's a little etiolated but much happier than last year.
