I have never been able to get it to grow much here. It always dies off. I am going to try it once again :)

Got two packs of Germanium's for £3.00 from Morrisons there are 6 plants in
each pack, I think these are very good value, good healthy plants with a good
root structure and best of all the Mrs Intel works there and the staff have 20% off
this week so in total it was £2.40 for 12 plants which is 20p per plant

Even without the discount these are better value then B&Q who are selling
                          their Germanium's for £12 for 2 6 packs so £1 per plant.

Got them in the greenhouse at present......... so will probably leave to grow a little
and then plant them out in early May, it quite mild down south and we don't
normally get a frost even in April (fingers crossed)

I went to my local independent garden centre, St Johns in Barnstaple, looking for a Magnolia 'Susan', a Viburnum 'Juddii' and a berberis, and came home with exactly those three things! Now that doesn't often happen. They usually don't have what I want, but I still fill the boot of the car with plants..

Please excuse Susan's cage...we have red deer...
