Renewing our shower and trying to make up my mind whether to use an easy plumb kit one of those with adjustable legs or to build a plinth . It is on a solid concrete floor so need access to fit drainage , the old one had adjustable legs but we had leakage problem round the tray and was wondering if perhaps this was not as stable as it should be and allowed movement when in use any tips welcome

Build something as sturdy as possible, that way you'll lessen movement which in turn leads to joints weakening and leaking.
