shrub help

    Hi i have a few shrubs in the garden a few escalonias that are fairly small, however there is part of them dead and a few have yellow leaves with black spots, this is strange as they were alive and healthy in 2009.

    any suggestions what this could be or ways to rejeuvnate growth.
