    Another shrub that I am struggling to figure out. It’s in flower right now, the flowers are small, less than a cm across.

    Any suggestions?

    There's a type of spirea that looks similar

      It looks similar to something I used to have at a previous address many years ago. Maybe Spirea "snowmound".
