The following pics. show a shrub purchased from a local Community Plant Sale a couple of years ago.
Initially it was 18" tall. It is now close to the top of the 6' fence behind it
Usefully it was identified at the sale as "Shrub"
Any help in identifying it would be appreciated.

Could be Viburnum bodnantense. Does it flower in winter?

Never seen a flower. It's not Evergreen. The leaves have just come back - enabling me to take a sensible pic.
