    Hi,

I bought my father in law a potted hyrdranga last year and this year it is showing signs of illness!

I've had a feel of the compost and it doesn't feel over watered or under watered to me.
It may be pot bound or some kind of disease.

    Any help?

Is the plant in full sun? It may need a bit more shadow, and take care not to water over the leaves, especially when it is in sun.It does not look sick to me, it's blooming beautifully.

I agree with Ivory, Bashy. Apart from a bit of scorch, it looks fine. Could do with a feed I expect.:D
