It has been and almost gone here. Blooming cold though. I love the way all these people are sowing seeds now. We dare not even think about it for another month at the earliest. The seeds will germinate, yes, but keeping the plants going without them getting leggy because of the low light levels is another matter.
The only seeds I am sowing are those which need cold to break dormancy and those go outside in the open frames.

It's incredible isn't it? Some people's idiocy levels seem to increase in the bad weather.

Not happy with another icy blast here - though it is only February...

I was sliding sideways at 30mph, he zoomed off at 60. Glad he did though, as he was right up my backside, no way he could have stopped if I had to.

See, this would terrify me. I was hopeless when I tried to learn to drive because I kept imagining all the things that could go wrong.

Its not the sliding sideways at 30mph that is the problem - its the abrupt stop when you collide with something that hurts!

You wouldn't have liked the deepest part of the flood we went through a few minutes later then, water flowing visibly across the road from one field to another, upto the sills of the car, when Poppy asked if we were going to get washed away:yikes:

            :blue thumb:

Ah, but, wearing high heels may prevent you getting into a 30mph slide by preventing you from releasing the clutch fully to get the vehicle moving

You are correct. I would not have liked that at all.
