Hi started work on this project a few weeks ago, we live in a small two up two down so not much room in the kitchen but now having six grand kids i needed to make room to seat them a few times a year we have a big get together.

Ive still got a few bits to finish off but i am about there.

Well done @martin-f you certainly have made lots of seating in a small space and I love the lighting. Having lived in a 2 up 2 down in the past I appreciate how difficult it can be. Again, well done. :star:

Thank you Victoria, we downgraded from a large four bedroom when our kids moved on, we initially bought this one to do up and sell on but we like it here so stopping a while.

Thank you FC Kitchens is what i used to do for a living before i semi retired and moved onto buying and selling property, the skills ive learned over the years certainly come in handy in my new line of work.

            I'm impressed.

We had a longish breakfast bar in our small kitchen when our three kids were at home.

Several kitchen re-vamps later, although my wife didn't want one, I insisted on having a "one man breakfast bar," just big enough for my breakfast plate or bowl, a cup of coffee and my newspaper.

Trouble is, she's usually got something on it.
