Snails eat greenfly

    Found this little fella under a nettle leaf this morning. He is tucking into a tasty meal of greenfly and has just about cleaned up this leaf. Even those creatures that are condemned as pests have their uses too.

    I sure could do with a dozen of them here! Our snails are tiny, no bigger than 1cm, with white shells. And the birds seem to be vegetarians! [​IMG]
