Great pics there Paul. We had a snow overnight at the beginning of the week which lasted for less than 2 days and nothing since but 30 miles away it was over a foot deep.

Most bizarrely of all, driving home along the M23 this evening we were only doing 40mph as the snow was coming down thick and lying by the roadside and on the trees. 4 miles down the road when we got home it was just rain and very weak sleet.

Excellent pics. I especially like the first one, with the narrow country lane, and the sunset ones.

Inter, they are powerful looking animals. But when it was snowing, the adults would put themselves between the snowstorm and the calves in the herd.:)
