Just over two years ago we had a summer house built in our garden. Amongst other things it was going to sit where we had all our snowdrops so we spent some time removing what we could and planting them around the garden.

Only a few showed their heads in 2008 and more in 2009. This year they have decided that it is time to put on a display :gnthb:. I've started to mark some of the bunches for splitting so I hope it will be an even better display next year.

There are a number of varieties but don't bother to ask me the names as I don't know them. I know them as little ones, big ones, tall ones, singles and doubles :hehe:.

Lovely snowdrops Shiney. I hought you'd like to see a couple of pictures we took at the weekend in the Churchyard at Lamberhurst in Kent. I've never seen so many snowdrops in one place!
