I got fed up and turned it off , Anyone who watched it to the end, what was the outcome?

Why are 3 minute videos turned into 13.36 minute videos.
Main reason I dont watch many videos, my attention span isn't long enough to put up with all the bull.

I too haven't watched the video, but I know the science of red and blue grow lights. They're the colours used for photosynthesis. That's why chlorophyll is green. The plant doesn't use green light, so it reflects it. It absorbs red and blue, which is why the green foliage would look black under red or blue lights.

White lights work simply because white is made up of all the colours of the spectrum, obviously including red and blue. Red and blue grow lights are more efficient because they only emit the parts of the spectrum used by the plants, so no energy is wasted producing light that will just be reflected. This is why a relatively low energy red and blue grow lamp is just as good as a much more power hungry white lamp.
