    Shouldn't have hijacked the Mosquito thread, so I've put it here. So,nice smells - not nasty pongs, like smelly trainers. The one's that give YOU a buzz instead;

    I love perfume FC_ always have - ever since I was small. Always liked smellies for Chrimmy - had Cussons Blue Hyacinth and then next year, Apple Blossom. Fell in love with Chanel No.5 at the age of thirteen, went on to Quadrille by Balenciaga and later Charlie by Revlon, YSL "Paris" and so on...... Currently into "Ageless" by Prince (USA) says it makes you smell 10 years younger !! :lunapic 130165696578242 5:
    So, gang - WHATS YOUR FAVOURITE smellie?,
    Jenny

      At the risk of repeating myself ... eau d'Ozzy.

      A close runner up though is Elizabeth Arden: Red Door

          Are polecats and Civets related Ziggy? Seriously, there was, a many, many years ago, a wonderful perfume called "Civet" that had their scent gland as part of the perfume ingredients. I absolutely adored it for a long,long time and still mourn its passing.....

            Not as much as the Civet did...

            Think they are both Mustelidae, yes.

                  Like Gucci envy Al n. I was in Lidyls yesterday - there was a sampler of their man's Aftershave to test. I must admit, it smelt pretty good and I thought"I would wear that". Are mens' fragrances veering more towards feminine undertones - or is it just me? I like a man who smells nice , I remember as a young teenager being bowled over by the young French boys who were just starting to be sent abroad during school holidays to learn English and the English ways.They always smelt nice/posh, were extremely polite and I was impressed by the way they kissed each other on the cheek when greeting and they shook hands a lot too. I'm sorry to say, they left the Park gang boys standing....
                  Going back in my youth a long way this evening...
                  ummm - not like me to reminisce,
                  Jenny
