    Hi All,

I have aquired a 25m hose from my mom. I don't need it as I already have 3, but it was being dumped and couldn't allow it to go to the tip.

So I was thinking that I might drill holes along it and run it around the greenhouse or cut it and put it in my 3 raised veg beds. So I can just connect the other hose to it and then leave it whilst I can get on doing other things.

Has anyone done this with an old hose? Is it worth it or should I just freecycle the hose?

    Rusty

I haven't tried that, so no idea.

However, I did find an alternative use for an old hose ... I turned it into a planter: one old hose, a packet or three of cable ties ...

    A hour later ...
