Soft wood cuttings

    Hi,

    If l take soft wood cuttings now, how long does it usually take for them grow roots ?:scratch:

    Hi Kapper, it really depends on what you've taken cuttings from; I took some from fuschias and they were rooted in just over a week!, I took some more from a variegated mock orange and they rooted in about a month. Things like Clematis though can take many weeks, even months...hope this helps :thumb:

    Sound advice Bilbo.:dbgrtmb: Though with climbers it is easier to "lay" them, rather than take cuttings.
