This is a link to some photos I took yesterday in my garden. They are not that great (and some seem to have reduced really small) but if anyone has any comments on things I am doing wrong etc please say...

Dont see much wrong with any of those pics Black Cat. How do you find your watering system? as I am thinking about getting one for myself. ;) Is it on a timer. If so how accurate etc is it ?

I have only really been using the watering system for a few days so still not sure about it. I have put extra droppers in the big pots but am thinking of getting some wee sprinklers which you can get as I think that will spread the water out better in the pots.

No it is not on a timer as my garden tap leaks so I can not leave it switched on. I have a timer for it which when I get the tap sorted I plan on using.

Nice and organised, Black Cat! I like the patio area, good space for entertaining. Your black cat looks ready for his dinner ... although by the size he eats his fair share already! [IMG] and something has certainly caught the attention of the white and black one! [IMG] Pretty garden and pretty cats.

    Thanks for the comment all...

LoL I do not know what Oscar (the black and white cat) was watching when I took the photo, he spent about 10 mins watching the same area but I do not think there was anything there as I had been up at the grow house just before I took the photos so would have scared anything away.

Sweep (the black one) is a typical cat, seems to sleep all day every day and do nothing (but we hold him responsable for the few 'presents' we get in the conservatory

Magic Sam, our black cat, brings us "presents" also (birds, mice, baby bunnies, geckos ... even a lizard the other day, all alive and kicking!) then he deposits them in front of us and often goes to the fridge and waits for a piece of cheese as a treat for his thoughtfulness!

The best (or worst??) present we have had was a mole - still very much alive - from Oscar. What fun we had trying to stop it digging into the lawn (having extracted it from Oscar). OH was sent on a walk into the nearby fields with the poor mole in a flower pot to make sure it did not end up in the garden.

Millie brought in one of the green woodpeckers last year, through two cat flaps and fortunately I was there to greet her and it was completely unharmed so I was able to release it straight away, we haven't had anything so big since then. [IMG]

What lucky folk we are to have our cats (sorry, we're probably in the wrong area here, but who cares?) bring us ALIVE presents that we can release back into their natural habitat! :D I know lots of people who are not so lucky!
