Something attacking my tomato Plants

    Any I dea what this could be on the leaf of one of my tomatoes, at present its only on one and I have removed it from the rest. This seems to be on many of the leaves, can see no grubs with a magnifing glass.

    I'm not a tomatoe grower - but from the pattern I would bet its a mite of some kind. They follow the veins of the leaf - not sure but I think some of the systemics deal with mites.

    I think I have found the culprit, this plant has been outside in isolation from the rest since first posting. It is not doing well but I wanted to see what was causing it. Should |I destroy it or see if it still fruits.

    Looks a bit like scale insect of somekind to me.
    I've seen it before on tomatos, but not really bothered too much as long as it doesn't get too bad. As Fran says a systemic insectercide will probably sort it out.

    Just noticed the aphid in the other pic.
    Thats a different pest, same treatment though, or just squash them.

    Are the leaves wilting or just being attacked... as I am having bother too with my Toms
