Solved Something the birds dropped off??

Thorn Apple. Datura stramonium,
Rather on the poisonous side.

 

Thank you very much @Palustris I am off out there to dig the blighters out - bonfire for them (tied up in plastic bag)

 

Dont panic captain Mainwaring, no more poisonous that a Brug, or maybe a Foxglove.

 

Well actually Pete, I had three of these things out front, and I took a spade to them to get rid. I put gloves on, but one plant was quite big and brushed on my arm.... didn`t feel anything at first and thought no more of it, but now, in spite of warm water and soap, there`s a blotchy patch there and it feels like pins and needles.
