Sony DSC T20

    My daughter as the Sony DSC T20 camera.
    But it as developed a fault.
    The screen is a pink colour when opened and will take a photo but the photo is the same as the pink colour screen.
    Any ideas what this might be.
    She is taking it to Sony as soon as she can but would like some info first.

    It could be any number of things Lyn, but at least its powering up. Do any of the menu icons appear on the screen - or is it all pink? Hopefully its something simple that the Sony guys can fix, like a loose connection. Is it less than a year old i.e. under guarantee?

    No ,it's all a pink / purple colour.
    She only had it last year and hardly ever uses it.
    I have just found on the internet, that a lot of digital camers have had a problem with the CCD sensor.
    It maybe that.
