    Vegi roast ready to lob in the oven.

    Lined the tin with a mixture of sosmix, crushed nuts & falafel, then added stilton, garlic and a really, really mature oak smoked cheddar.

          Sounds amazing. There are very few things in life that work better together than garlic and strong cheese:)
