South and SouthEast Britain in Bloom Awards Ceremony today

    Today,Mr Namaste and I went up to Tunbridge Wells to collect an award for the Residential Complex where we live. We have consistently won "It's your Neighbourhood" Level 5 Outstanding for the last 7 years. We got the same award again this year together with a "Champion of Champions" Award for consistency of high standards.
    This is me with Chris Collins(celeb gardener) collecting them.

    Wrinkley stockings! Sitting about too long...

    Battle Town got a Silver Gilt
    Battle Cemetery also got a Silver Gilt
    Battle Almonry Gardens got a GOLD
    so , in spite of that rotten Spring, Mother Nature came up trumps eventually.
    Congratulations are in order to for WAREHAM in Bloom @strongylodon 'cos your lovely little town ,which I visited a couple of weeks ago, got a Silver Gilt award in the small town category,
