I successfully managed to keep my 'cut and come again' winter salad mix going all through last winter in my unheated greenhouse and am wondering what else I can grow in there over the winter?

I grow lambs lettuce, it wasn't touched by last winter's really cold spell, It is very slow growing though, you need to start sowing now for a winter crop.

Anything else? Spring onions? Herbs maybe?

Mustard, Land Cress, Mizuna, perpetual spinage all might be worth a go for some winter leaves.
