I haven't got room for any spaghetti trees, but I have got a couple of macaroni cordons on the go - got a good crop last year. :D

A friend of mine is trying a new variety this year - they've just bought a noodle bush but not sure whether to plant it in the garden or leave it in the greenhouse till its a bit warmer. [IMG]

The BBC tried one in the early 70s when they showed a film of fish literally jumping out of the river onto the bank when a certain type of music was played. They didn't get away with it that time though. Hundreds of people phoned in to say 'April fool' and before the end of the news program they had to admit it.

The Spaghetti Tree was on Panorama in 1957. Doesn`t time fly. And the Beeb is still trying to fool us with food related items. [IMG]
