    Paul

Have a look in Wants List section - set the threads period to 100 days or more and look under Its Christmas.

Nixdorf12 - can't say what is wrong - easiest thing is to repost it here:-

I have just sent some seed to a member. Having, in the process, got myself organised with a list and some small envelopes, I thought why not throw the rest open to anyone. I have a small amount of surplus seed, some collected from my garden this autumn for my own use, and some is old packets that have been half used (mostly one year old - a few older). I always like to leave some in the packet - just in case. The packets have been kept in the fridge - should be OK but there are no guarantees and some may not be any good.

    What is available :-

    Achillea cassis
    Aconitum napellus
    Agastache Mexicana
    Agastache Rugosa
    Ageratum Houstonianum Red Sea
    Antirrhinum Majus Crimson Velvet
    Astrantia buckland
    Astrantia roma
    Aubretia deltoides royal red
    Campanula Takesimana
    Campanula trachelium
    Catanache caerulea cupids dart
    Cleome Spinosa Cherry Queen
    Cosmos Bipinatus Radiance
    Echinacea primadonna deep rose
    Eupatorium purpurea purple bush
    Gentiana Asclepiadea
    Helenium moorheim beauty
    Hesperis Matronalis
    Incarvillea Delvayii
    Ipomea grandpa otts
    Kalimeris incisa charlotte
    Liatris spicata
    Limonium latifolium
    Limonium sinuatum Lavender
    Linaria purpurea
    Lythrum Virgatum
    Malva moschata
    Monarda didyma vintage wine
    Saponaria ocymoides
    Silene doica
    Silene mexicana
    Verbena rigida polaris

If you would like any, contact me. Let's limit it to 4 or 5 packets each, but give me alternatives as well, as there is only one lot of most. Some packets may not be very full. Strictly first come first served. I am not looking for anything in return.

May yet have enough room in my fridge for a turkey this year. :D :D :D

did wonder how you knew I used to be a German teacher!! Good idea about the list - at the moment I have to restrain myself until I can manage to close my fridge door! Doesnm';t stop me looking, though. Very tempted by the Ageratum - nice stuff, and I only have shades of blue and lilac, plus white. Did you follow up the freecycle link an another thread? Seems another good idea for sharing stuff, or at least passing it around and minimising waste.

Yes I did have a look. And there is one in my town. But you have to register with Yahoo and give your full name and post code - which is a unique identifier, and e-mail address. Little concerned at 4,000,000,000 knowing my e-mail. I am sure there is one spammer out there, if not two.

Would like to see a garden freecycle.
