    Hats off to S&J (aka Neill Tools); the handle on my garden fork broke after not too heavy use and they agreed to send a replacement within 7-10 days, no quibble. Just sent a short email and a piccy to the customer services dept:)

    Excellent customer service, no doubt you will buy their products again and recommend them to friends on the strength of your experience :thmb:

    I have S and J lawn edging shears and a tree lopper/pruner and I think they are fantastic quality.
