I saw an ad on the TV tonight that tomorrow's Daily Mail will be having a special supplement regarding criminal activities/investigations (just caught a glimpse of it in passing). I am a fanatical follower of criminal activities and investigations and would have loved to have been a forensic coroner.

May I ask that if one of you gets this newspaper, may I have the supplement please? I can only repay you by seeds or cuttings from plants here.

    Thank you in advance.

Victoria - I will get a copy from the newsagent tomorrow. I don't need repayment - you have already done more than that in the past. :thumb:

Vicky - I don't normally take the Daily Mail. But it was delivered by mistake to my house this morning - how weird is that? - you have obviously got even more friends than you thought. :)

However the bad news is that I can't see any sign of a supplement on crime, and I have thumbed through the main paper as well. However I need to go down to the newsagent anyway, because of the error, so I will ask them.

Perhaps it's the Mail on Sunday? It has many more supplements.

Just been down to the Newsagent - but he said that he was not aware of any crime supplement. He made a mistake when he made up the paper round, and unfortunately there is no one down my street who takes the Daily Mail, who I could ask to keep an eye out. I had hoped that he had just switched a couple of houses and that I had someone else's paper.

I had a Google of 'Daily Mail crime supplement' but there wasn't any information there. The newsagent says he will keep an eye out, but in reality I think he will have too many other things to do. So we can only go back to your original suggestion that someone who has it regularly keeps an eye out. If they like to contact me early enough, I would be very happy to get it and send it on.

Good point JWK - I will go down to the newsagents tomorrow. But have just Googled 'Mail on Sunday crime supplement' with no success.

I saw an advert on the tv last night advertising some sort of suppliment to do with murderers like Hannible the Cannible etc but can't remember which newspaper as I wasn't really taking much notice so didn't even see which newspaper. We have just been to the supermarket but didn't see the one with the suppliment you want as i am sure it would have been pasted all over the front so to speak so would have noticed it

It might be in tomorrows editions but i might be wrong :rolleyespink:

    Now that is spooky Peter!

Perhaps John is correct and it's tomorrow's paper. I know I did not dream this ... I was walking through the living room and this ad was on the TV ...

Edit: You posted as I was typing Kandy ... I obviously wasn't dreaming then ... thank you for looking too.

PM me your address Victoria as I have got the suppliment you want and will get it off to you as soon as I can.

I won't need anything in return for it as you kindly sent me that IoW book the other year.

It might be late Monday before i get it in the post as i have to go somewhere Monday and that will probably take up a few of my hours..

Hi Victoria we have been out and only just got back home so only just seen this.

It was in The Daily Mirror.I don't buy newspapers usually but we had to go down to the shop to get Mr Kandy some curry sauce and i spotted it then.I have just brought some special cardboard envelopes to send photos to my sister and have just tried it and it fits nicely so will get your address written down and then it will be ready to be weighed and sent off. :)

Well done Kandy. If I had my thinking cap on earlier this morning I should have looked through all the other papers when I was in the newsagents.

    Hi Victoria,

I have just read your post requesting the Daily Mail's crime suppliment, I have the Mail for Saturday 29th and cannot find a crime suppliment.

Are you sure that you have the right newspaper?

    Regards

    Drew
