Spicy Pickles for Christmas

I've got way too many chillis, so two weeks ago I bought some cheap jars of pickled onions then added a couple of sliced chillis to each. By jove its does give them a fiery kick. By christmas they will be just right to spice up the cold turkey salads.



I've just made some more, they will be a cheap christmas gift for friends who appreciate something different. :thumb:
