Spicy Veg Soup

Half of neap (turnip)

2 large carrots

3 shallots

2 large tatties (potatoes)

Saute till soft in olive oil then add veg stock and bring to boil then simmer add chilli flakes or chillie sauce and parsely.

Biltz then serve with crusty bread ,breadsticks or oatcakes.
