Usually spiders don't bother me - unless I turn suddenly and there is a huge one on the wall beside me lol .... however, I have a smallish back garden and the borders are covered with bark chippings ... when I go peep at the borders I see absolutely loads of spiders - some biggish, some small but not on webs - just running all over ..... also found some in the greenhouse when I opened the dooor over the weekend - they scurry as soon as you come near .... as I said , they don't bother me, but I just wondered if it is normal to have sooooo many running around !
