I have a tub full of spinach that ran to seed whilst I was away, are the seeds of use for next years crop or do I run the risk of them being no good and would it be better buying new seed?

If they are no good they go in the compost tomorrow.

Yes they will produce a good crop, even this year if you start them now. They won't be exactly the same as what you started with, because your seed will have been pollinated from other plants in nearby gardens with pollen carried on the wind. But I'm sure you will be hard pushed to notice a difference. It will save a few pennies :thumb:
