Hello all I wondering if anyone can give me some advice.

I planted spring bulbs back last month of Iris reticulata, early summer flowering Dutch Iris and Crocus.

Well with no frost so far and it being continuously mild they have all poked up out of the ground. I'm a bit worried as it is only November and no where near coming up as yet, and potential frost looming will it not kill these bulbs off if we have a hard frost? I won't mind if it just stops it growing but will I loose these bulbs and they not flower next year? It is only the Iris and Crocus, nothing else has come up.

I'd appreciate any help anyone has or if anyone else has the same problem. Thanks in advance.

Buy some frost fleece from your local garden centre, when frost is forecast cover the shoots. Remove and dry during the day re-covering the plants at night if frosty.:dbgrtmb:
