At the weekend I couldn't resist buying myself a Thompson and Morgan seed spouter for a pound at my local garden centre.

However I'm finding it difficult to find a site that sells a wide range of spouting seeds. It seems that all the usual seed merchants seem to be out of stock, or have a very limited supply of them.

Also could anyone recommend some good seeds to try in my cheese sandwiches please?

    Hi Jane,

I use Alfalfa, which you'll find in the green manure section of the garden centre, along with Yellow Mustard & Fenugreek.

Mung Beans you get from the health food shop.
