    I had one of those spur of the moment impulses:idea: the other day and bought a specimen 10-15 litre Protea cynaroides online (daren't mention the price:hehe:) it was one of those dangerous moments when you've accidentally put you bank card next to you pc:lollol:

    anyway how do I care for it? what special requirements will it need? (hasn't been dispatched yet...)

    :thmb: Wow a fantastic plant.. I hope you have somewhere to keep it as I have only seen them in a temperate houses to get them to flower here though..     Well I'm planning to put it in mhy college plot but depending on weather predictions for this winter I may leave it outside or move it into the college pollytunnel

    Hmm think I would probably keep it in a large planter & put it in the poly tunnel for the winter.. I know you are a ways further south than me, but I would defo protect it for the 1st winter anyway.. Good Luck with it..:thmb:
