    Not tried squash and leek sounds nice. I usually do butternut squash and roasted pepper with a touch of chilli. It getting to that time of year to start making it.

    I never eat soup when I go out for a meal - when I see it served to others always pleased I didn't choose it - but I just love all the thick homemade soups just the thing for this cold weather. Suggestions above sound great.
