Hey folks. not sure where this belongs as it is gardening related, sort of. so here goes. [IMG] I sent GW mag an email early march, and i got an email last week, requesting my address. [IMG] I got the vouchers :D today so i'm off to the garden centre tomorrow to get some much needed treats and some more seeds  . If you're interested it'll be in the May issue.

thanks everyone. Unfortunately, i had to take om with me to gc this morning  He got a new tree, a new hoe he needs and some bird nuts and sunflowers. [IMG] [IMG] I got a very small black pansy, a few seeds and 3 nerine bulbs. [IMG] Hmmmmm, still have one voucher left, will spend on me me me. But i had fun at the gc anyway, very rarely get to go these days. :D Hey, aren't they pricey nowadays? Phew, gro bags Ã?£2.99 EACH, bedding plants Ã?£1.99 each. oh wow, glad i grow at home. and i get my gro bags on offer from a local garage. Ã?£3 for 3. It was quite an eye opener at the gc.

Tell the OM to write his own letters to GW! Those are your vouchers!!!!! So what are you going to buy with the rest? Any special plant you're particularly after that you don't already grow yourself? Can't be much! :D

Agree re GC prices - I'm sure they're really designed around the "day-out for a coffee and cakes on a Sunday" sort of gardener, ready for impulse buying - not for the serious gardener!

I'm going to buy a wolf tiller. That should complete the set of must have tools that i use round here and sometimes there too. As for plants, this is cardigan bay. There's no getting owt unusual. I did ask for a clerodendron tricho what not, but was asked a what?. so gave up. There was a very nice ginko, but it was only 2'6 tall and £40...........mmmmm so a wolf tool will do nicely i think.

Actually, i bought it, but haven't had time to read it yet. Hoping if the weather turns wet sun or mon as forecast here, i may just get a few mins to indulge in coffee, biscuits and a read :D
