Whilst on holiday a fortnight ago we took the grandchildren to what we thought was just a farm with animals to pet. It did have those plus a couple of great play areas to keep them amused, but also a hidden gem; a well kept walled garden and enormous glasshouse:

The glasshouse was packed but sadly with fairly run of the mill stuff, bamboos and coconuts, and the biggest Trachycarpus I've ever seen about to burst the roof, it really looked out of place (it should be outdoors!).

The saving grace was a Lily house on the same scale as the one at Kew replete with an enormous Amazon Lily:

I'd give my eye teeth for that glasshouse, looks fantastic, think a green tinge is creeping over my face:).
