    That will be the cotton lavender, Santolina chamaecyparssis. A paler flower variety maybe Lemon Queen

    Hi Islayhawk, Yes I agree with Scillonian I think it is the 'Lemon Queen' - lovely coloured foliage great for rock gardens and small flower beds.
