I dont think I will be able to pick anymore Chillis of my plants this year . The ones we have not eaten are now in the freezer. Could I store these in a jar of olive oil ? I would slice and de-seed them .... then what do I do next ?:what:
How long would Chillis keep for stored in oil ?

    TIA

Peri Peri sauce recipe ('proper' chilli sauce recipe as made by the portugeuse community in south africa .... formely from mozambique .... Nando's chicken/sauces are similarto this recipe .... and nando's is also a south african based company owned by portuguese .... that's why whenever you visit a Nando's, in the UK, you will find souh african newspapers at the cashpoint/till:

any hot chillies will do for this recipe

Piri Piri Sauce, Piri Piri Prawns, Piri Piri Chicken
