    Hi guys,
Hoping someone can help me with this. I got a Wisteria from a garden centre about 2 months ago so it's pretty small. I noticed near the crown it has a weird growth of some sort, its 'gummy' to the touch in that it's not quite solid but not sticky. I've posted some pictures of it below. Can't seem to find anything similar from Google-ing and being so close to the base I don't want to invest in it if it's going to die on me :/

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Agree, it is grafting wax, best left to fall off on its own really.
