    Hi all,

I have noticed in the last few weeks some strange patterns and deformation of leaves on several of my plants in the garden.

It started on a hosta and now appears to be affecting the roses, strawberrys and the dahlias.

I have no idea what it is but my suspicion is a virus, which is worrying me no end. Can someone identify this please? And is there any cure save burning all the affected plants? :(

    Thanks in advance !

    Phil

I 'd not like to guess what's causing the problem, but it looks more like insect attack to me.

As Pete says, it looks more like an insect pest, possibly Capsid bug.:gnthb:

Thanks for the replies, after looking at Google the damage does seem very similar to Capsid damage.. I'm non-organic so I got some Provado spray and went a-spraying today!

I shall see how I get on, thanks again for helping me in hopefully the right direction. :)
