Just wondering if anyone would like to join in with
' The strangest container' this summer.
Might be a bit of fun.
Who can grow something in a really strange or unusual object.
Then a photo could be posted.
It might be something already growing or new for this summer.
Anyway I'll leave it with you.
I'll have a look today to see what I can find.

I have shown this last year Lyn. As you can see it's still growing strong.
The pipe was laid flat and I can only assume a mouse stored a Hazel nut inside it.:D

    Thats great.
Just what I was thinking of.
    It always amazes me.
Plants grow so easily by themselves.
So why do I have so much trouble.LOL

I Saw a lovely old gas boiler from the 50's full with spring flowers.
The tall grey/blue one on little legs with a tap low down on the front.
I remember one at my nans house when I was a child.
Sadly I didn't have my camera with me.

Not super weird but I grow my 'pick and come again' lettuce in a 1930's bread bin with holes drilled in the bottom. And yes, in case of frost I do still have the lid.

They are quick growing but do not need attention. Just pop the seed in Lyn and leave them outside. They need no attention.
