    Hi Everyone

I have this year for the first time started to plant some strawberries. Now all went ok until I discovered that the woodlice is having a feast. Can anybody tell me what i can do to get rid of them.

Your advise would really be appreciated.

Hello, I'm no expert on strawberries but woodlice are often the (relatively) innocent bystanders who hang around at the scene of a crime after the slugs have scarpered. :(

    Hi!
Woodlice usually eat dead plant material. They might nibble the odd seedling. Are you sure the woodlice are doing the damage? They might just be going about their woodlousy business round your strawberries, but something else is doing the eating- often slugs and snails.

Have you put straw under the berries? This can annoy slugs and snails.....I decided to grow mine in containers after the same thing happening to me last year
