Hi all. My very small strawberry patch is now dug over and was looking to get a few Mid & Late strawberry plants. I was reading about perpetual strawberry plants and was wondering if anyone has experience with this type. I was reading the fruit are smaller and can be very tasty? the only thing that has put me off is I also read they have to be replanted every year??

Ive got some in 3 14inch hanging baskets. Ive put too many in so they are crowded and neglected to be honest but they do taste amazing but are smaller than the normal strawberries.
they produce many pink flowers and do produce all summer but im guessing need a bit of room to really produce.
    The black birds love em.
